Intercity Bus (ICB) services play an important role in providing long-distance, fixed-schedule transportation options. Pennsylvania’s ICB program operates 10 routes serving multiple travel corridors and is considered a means of connecting rural communities to urban hubs, as well as supporting multimodal connections.

Pennsylvania’s Intercity Bus system is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts that enable persons in wheelchairs or persons who cannot navigate steps to ride the bus. Buses have priority seating for seniors and persons with disabilities and designated wheelchair locations. Operators are trained to assist riders use lifts and ramps, secure wheelchairs, provide information on destinations served, and announce stops. The Pennsylvania Intercity Bus system welcomes service animals on board our coaches. “Service animal” means any guide dog, signal dog, seizure response dog, psychiatric service dog, sensory signal dog or other animal individually trained to assist, work or perform specific tasks for an individual with a disability. Please be advised that service animals must remain on the floor within your personal space which is the area around your feet. Service animals may not occupy a seat, sit in a customer’s lap or protrude out into the aisle. We reserve the right to refuse travel to any service animal which poses a direct threat to other customers and our employees.

Drivers reserve the right to detour due to any unforeseen circumstances, as well as road conditions.

Drivers are required to announce stops when the coach arrives at each destination.

Pennsylvania Intercity bus system does not provide a guaranteed ride home. Riders should contact their carrier’s customer service line in instances of missed connections, trip delays or other fare-related concerns:

The Pennsylvania Intercity Bus system operates (10) routes throughout the state. Each route has one round-trip service 7 days per week/365 days per year.

The system doesn’t currently facilitate “transfers” with local transit, however, the Pennsylvania Intercity Bus service prides itself in partnering with local agencies across the state, and we have easy connections with many local agencies, including Amtrak and other intermodal stations throughout the state. Tickets can be purchased at greyhound.com and fullingtontours.com. Mobile tickets can be purchased via the Greyhound Mobile ticketing app for travel.

Our coaches provide plenty of stowed baggage storage under the bus, as well as overhead storage for carry-on items.

We allow our passengers to bring onboard snacks and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on any of our coaches. We ask that you dispose of your trash before exiting the coach.

Our coaches are well equipped for the needs of our passengers. Each coach provides Wi-Fi service, power outlets, overhead lighting, ADA compliant lifts and seating, restrooms and air vents located at each seat.
